Assessment for distention of the Right Internal Jugular vein (IJ) is indeed a difficult skill. Any mistake can lead to a horrible incident. One should be fully focused during this critical procedure. The article indicated all the pros and cons of the assessment. It is a very well written article. All the hard work is much appreciated.
